Spectacular improvements in the city’s infrastructure have taken off under Lord Mayor Graham Quirk’s team as a result of detailed planning and delivery.
Holland Park will experience improved convenience and safety for families and commuters with the innovative bridge and tunnel works which are getting traffic moving throughout Brisbane by tackling congestion head on.
Local initiatives include the injection of $360,000 to upgrade the Boundary and Old Cleveland Road intersection has provided extra safety along with new traffic lights at Cavendish Rd and Wyncroft Street. Commuters using Holland Road have also benefited with a $330,000 resurfacing.

Bike way maintenance at Stones Corner, safety fencing at Holland Park West and playground restoration in Holland Park are ongoing and important public works that are being delivered and making Brisbane a cycle friendly and sustainable city.
