FREE Flood Maps Available Now

14 December, 2009

Brisbane City Council has developed the Flood Flag Map to provide residents with information on flooding.

The Flood Flag Map shows the possibility of flooding from creeks, rivers, storm tide and overland flow. It also identifies flooding that may occur in areas called overland flow paths.

It also shows the possibility of flooding that may occur in extreme events that - on average - might happen once in every fifty years.
